TAM is a real disappointment. We had to jump on a crowded bus for a 6am flight - although there were at least 15 available fingers that could have been used by our plane. Then, we were placed on row 30 - the last row of the plane, despite having purchased the tickets a long time ago and being TAM gold plus members. Note: worse seats on the plane. Great way of rewarding your frequent flyers TAM ! I now remember why I stoped flying internationally with TAM and moved to American, United, Swiss, Lufthansa and BA. TAM has no respect for its customers.

They offered food. The crew passed by again offering water. I enjoyed the two seating section. I think is very comfortable instead of the three seat way, unless you seat in the middle; which it's not bad, but I wouldn't prefer. All and all, I think the lay out of the seating rows are better than other airlines so far( I haven't tried many anyways). The lay out makes the getting in and out to use the restroom less uncomfortable and cramped. First time flying with Latam. I will fly with them again

I loved how polite the crew was even though some of them wasn't the best with English that they still done everything they could to help me with my needs food was amazing

the flight from Boston to Curitiba was on time actually 30 minutes earlier. latam was not able to unload the luggage for custom checkup in Sao Paulo ii took two and half hours . i missed the flight to Curitiba spend the night in hotel and then flying in the morning to Curitiba

Very bad organization to accommodate over compartment inside the main cabin. Crew was not helpful at all!

Very bad. Boarding was a caos and pick up luggage took more than an hour. There was no entertainment on board.

They are a mess. It appears they hired a third party to staff their check in desk and simply did not train them. I will avoid flying with them in the future. It took 50 minutes for them to check in 3 parties on front of us. On the way back. It took just under one hour for our luggage to show up...

Alimentação mto escassa. Pelo menos deveria dar a opção de comprar e o Wi-Fi pago.

A Gol precisa aprender comfazer desembarque. Está anos luz atrás em organização. Os comissários são muito atrapalhados.

Os passageiros ainda não estão habituados a respeitar o embarque por grupos, que é a melhor maneira de embarque, na minha opinião. Então faltou pulso para impor a regra de embarque e desembarque às pessoas.

Kiwi service was terrible they actually didnt make the reservation and their system showed that the reservation eas complete so I had to buy a ticket in the front desk at the moment at and exorbitant price.

A Gol melhorou muito desde a última viagem que fiz, muito bom, aeronaves bem conservadas, tripulação cordial. Gostei.

I wish that we wouldn't have to go through TSA again on connecting flights.

They ocer booked the connecting flight. My bags took a long time to come out, nevertheless I got to the gate in time to board, but they have given my seat to another passenger. They were aware I was connecting from another flight that was a little late, but they did not care. The customer representatives were rude. A horrible experience.

The flight was excellent, provided that we had inclement weather. We departed earlier than scheduled and arrived early. There was a little turbulence, but nothing to be worried about.

Lots of weather delays that were poorly communicated and managed. I get there are weather delays but they didn’t make it clear what was happening or comfortable on the plane

No meal on a cross country flight? SFO-MiA is pretty much the definition of a coast to coast flight. No meal provided. Sky high wi-fi rates too. Stop nickel and diming your customers.

This flight was late and did not meet the connecting flight.

My first flight was delayed so late that I would have missed my connection. I had to cancel the flight and reschedule for the next morning. I took over half an hour to retrieve my luggage. I already paid $30 for checked in luggage for the flight I didn't take. When I checked in for my new flight on app I paid another $30. I went to the kiosk for my luggage tags and was charged $40. (My baggage didn't make it on the connecting flight but was delivered at 10:00 that night.) Later that day I requested a refund of the baggage fees. I received an email stating my refund was complete in the amount of $234.62. I didn't realize that meant my return flight was canceled until I tried to check in at the counter. They had refunded the wrong thing. It costed me $381.10 to book a new flight home. Overall a fiasco. At least my baggage made it home with me.

Horrible staff from rip to miami especially one guy that didn’t want to serve me snack or food to me or my wife and was very rude

Flight was on time and luggage arrived undamaged. My main complaints revolve around comfort. The seats were very uncomfortable. We were unable to sleep as a result. The entertainment offerings were all on the wifi. Who wants to watch a movie on their phone? The flight staff did the best they could with what they had to offer, which was just little snacks and soda, etc. My Delta flight was a much better experience in contrast.
